Tetralance Pvt. Ltd. website is SSL protected and network is well protected through serious security measures. Still, time to time we upgrade our server to keep the data safe.

Payment:

We majorly collect payment through Razor Pay, Cash, Cheque, Net Banking & UPI. All invoices generated from the system automatically and the customer receives the invoice in his/her mail or can collect the same from Tetralance Office.

Our services majorly includes software development, website designing, software training, training in financial market, System & Business analyst training,.

Payment refund is only applicable and valid upon any terms in between the customer and Tetralance Pvt. Ltd.

Tetralance Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible if any non-company member or any third party in any manner collects from the customer, in such case, customer can not claim any paid amount from Tetralance Pvt. Ltd. Customers are requested to pay only through our payment gateways or direct to company account using NEFT/IMPS, e.t.c.

Service Cancellation:

Delay in payment from the customer or re-selling of any deployed product to the customer may lead the service cancellation of the customer.

Training Methods:

We provide both offline and online training. Online training usually using ZOOM Meeting or alternatives. Offline training can only be provided at our registered offices only.

Sensitive Information Security:

Tetralance Pvt. Ltd. never call any customer to gather any personal and sensitive data including any OTP, PAN or AADHAR details. In a case if you receive fraudulent call or message you can intimate the same to our support e-mail id.
